Inline Heating System: Heat improves the reaction time increasing the total conversion ratio of waste vegetable oil (WVO) into Biodiesel. Our processors are designed with an inline heater and thermostat to control the heating process.
Steel Plumbing: With 20 to 80 gallons of hot oil in your processor do you want to trust that the PVC plumbing won’t break? All Affordable Biodiesel Processor are designed with steel plumbing and brass values.
Pumps: Both the main tank pump and Methoxide tank pump are mounted vertical to fully drain, The Methoxide mixing pump is corrosive resistance rated.
Methanol Transfer Pump: Methanol can be dangerous if not handled properly. You don't want to pour methanol from the drum into the Methoxide mixing tank. Our biodiesel processor kits include a polypropylene chemical hand pump to insure safety.
Washing System: Washing the raw biodiesel is very important. This step removes any residual catalyst, methanol, food particles, soaps, and free glycerin from the raw biodiesel. Our biodiesel processor has a misting water wash system that can be upgraded to a dry wash system.
One Piece Metal Stand: Every Affordable Biodiesel Kits processor is designed with a one piece metal stand that's much more stable than two separate triangle stands. We bolt our stand to a pallet for even greater stability and a lower shipping cost.
Fuel Filter and Nozzle: It is very important to filter the fuel after processing. Our biodiesel processors come with an inline 10 micron biodiesel fuel filter, a 10ft. fuel hose and a filler nozzle.
